This exciting new Real Estate Cashflow Analysis as being created mainly through frustration in finding a cheap program to basicaly find weather a Investment Property purchace is positive cashflow, or negative cashflow. To keep the costs down and for ease of use we created this version in Microsoft Excel. When buying an investment property many people don't even have any idea how better or worse off they are financialy. For under $10 we have made available to the public this program to help in finding how profitable a real estate purchase is and will help many investors in there buying descisions for years to come.

Positive cashflow is the amount of money your are left with after tax and all expenses, loans, and money to maintain that property. If this is below $0 then this is called Negative Cashflow.
